1. General Policy

Due to the nature of financial services, all payments made to Firstlane Multi Investment Limited are considered final and non-refundable, except where explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payments or overcharges
• Service cancellation prior to processing is subject to administrative fees
• Failure to deliver service due to internal error or verified technical issues

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

• Loan processing fees
• Proof of funds issuance
• Foreign exchange transactions once executed
• Investment contributions after confirmation
• Surety bond issuance

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to info@firstlanemultiinvestment.com.ng within 3 days of the transaction. All requests will be reviewed within 10 business days.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a refund dispute arises, it will be resolved in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, mutual mediation, and the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In cases where disputes are litigated, jurisdiction shall be within a competent court within the FCT, Nigeria.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
